What Are Our Delivery Fees For Major Centres?
(Gauteng, KZN, Western Cape)
1. In store pickup - Free
2. Collection from Pargo pickup point - R70
3. Pargo door to door delivery to your home or business address - R100
T's & C's - Orders with a cart value of up to R749
4. FREE Pargo door to door delivery to your home or business address
T's & C's - Orders with a cart value of R750 and above
What Are Our Delivery Fees For Outlying Areas?
(Eastern Cape, Free State, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Northern Cape)
1. Collection from Pargo pickup point - R70
2. Pargo door to door delivery to your home or business address - R150
How Long Will It Take For My Order To Arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 24 hours of the next business day. Depending on where your order is going, deliveries will usually take between 3 – 5 working days, however for outlying areas and during peak periods like Black Friday or Festive this could take 10-15 working days.
Where unforeseeable delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you if we believe there will be a substantial delay in your delivery.
How Will I Know When My Order Is Going To Arrive?
On the morning of your delivery you will receive an SMS letting you know that your order is out for delivery. Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available at the stipulated delivery address to accept the order.
If there is no one available at the delivery address at the time of delivery the driver will attempt to make a second delivery the next day. If we are unable to deliver after the second attempt, we may send the order back to our store for a refund where applicable.
What Are the Pargo Delivery Times?
Pargo deliver from Monday to Friday (09h00 – 17h00). We do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
How Does Pargo Click & Collect Work?
Pargo Click & Collect orders usually take 3-5 working days to be delivered to the collection point requested, this may take longer for outlying regions.
You will be notified via email & SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Please bring proof of ID and your Pargo code to collect your order.
We currently only deliver within South Africa to the Pargo collection network.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
We do our outmost to ensure that all orders are sufficiently packaged. If however you do receive any damaged items please notify us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp on 066 241 2161. We will assess and if needed arrange to collect the item and upon inspection send a replacement as soon as possible.
What If There Are Incorrect Or Missing Items At Delivery?
If there is an item missing or you get the wrong delivery please WhatsApp us on 066 241 2161 as soon as possible. If you received an incorrect item please do not use it, we will arrange for a collection and have the correct items delivered to you as soon as possible.

What Is Your Refund Policy?
Defective Goods, Adverse Reactions and Returns or Refund Policy
8.1. Subject to s56 of the Consumer Protection Act No. 68 of 2008, (“the CPA”), if You have received a product from Us and found that the container (either plastic or glass), is defective or leaking, or if the pump or nozzle mechanism is defective, please contact us within 7 (seven) days of purchase and we will gladly collect the product at Our own expense and provide You with a refund, replacement or store credit.
8.2. Some products (such as many anti-ageing creams) sold on the Website contain active ingredients. Many of these products can cause a transient, mild irritation of the skin upon initial use thereof. We thus recommend using these products not more than three times per week initially and then gradually increasing to daily use. If You have developed a more severe reaction to any of these products supplied by Us, please contact us on 066 241 2161. We do recommend that you consult with Dr Naidoo prior to purchasing. Refunds on creams causing an adverse reaction will be judged on an individual basis.
8.3. Upon your order having left our premises (ie. has been shipped) if You no longer want the product(s) You have ordered, you may return it to our physical address within 5 days at Your own expense. If the product is unopened and the original packaging is still intact, We will provide You with a Skin Solutions credit. We do not provide monetary refunds in these circumstances.
8.4. Subject to Section 56 of the CPA, the above clauses in paragraph 8 are subject to the following reasonable guidelines:
8.4.1. Products must have been purchased directly from Us. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets. Please return those to the store where purchased.
8.4.2. Products must be returned within 30 days of order date.
8.4.3. Please include a copy of your receipt (or a note with your order #, name, email address and phone number) and your reason for returning the product(s).
8.4.4. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used products.
8.4.5. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
8.4.6.Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale cannot be returned.
